We at Neil Communications understand that some things do not last forever. Bell will guarantee the service however the warranty is not under our control. The phones for the most part come with a standard 1 year manufacturers warranty, your contract is for 2 years. We are aware that there is a chance it may not last that long, therefore we have an Extended Warranty program that is being offered to you. Prices do vary depending on the type of phone you are interested in, for $29.95 to $129.95. This will extend the standard warranty by 2 years. It covers all manufacturer defects (EXCLUDING LIQUID AND/OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE) for the phone, battery and charger. If anything goes wrong with the above we are going to cover the repair cost as well as provide you with a loaner phone while its gone. If for any reason the phone is unrepairable, we will replace it for you.

 

Without the Extended Warranty Package if you require a loaner phone to use the fee’s can range from $50 to $100 each time that you need use of one of our phones.   The Package also includes an accessory of your choice (some restrictions apply), contracts transfered from old phone to new phone, and 20% off additional accessories purchased.
